The oil & gas company, Kinetik, was formed in 2012. People, priorities, purpose, and performance has been their foundation. Kinetik was and still is the premiere midstream operator in the Delaware Basin. This company takes the meaning of their work seriously, as well as the culture of their unique workforce. To help present their new mission and values, we created a humorous and heartwarming narrative around their character, The Flare Monster. With the company’s members as the stars, we filmed and produced scenes in Houston, Midland, and Pecos, TX to create this film full of parody, action, and purpose from this unique company!
